PRAYER PAGE November 11, 2007 As we approach the day of Prayer and Fasting, November 30-December 1, I suggest the reading of Isaiah 58, especially verses 6-14 would be appropriate prayers for this week. Pray that God will rise up world leaders that will stop the slave trade of children for immoral purposes in the world. Pray that God will use Christians and others to provide food to be distributed to the truly needy in our county, and provide shelter for those who will be without during the winter months. Pray that there will be a spirit of gratitude and thanksgiving during the Holiday months, so that we will be generous to those who are in both physical and spiritual need in our church community.
